The service

PMM Skillmap lets you self-assess your product marketing skills across 12 domains, visualise your map, track your progress over time and receive content recommendations.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• An account is personal and must not be shared.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings; deletion is permanent.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Not attempt to access other users' data or bypass security mechanisms.
• Not overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Not post, in evidence or comments, any unlawful, defamatory content or confidential material belonging to a third party.

Your content

The answers, evidence and comments you write remain yours. You only grant us the right to store and display them to run the service, including to the people you choose to share them with (public link, team workspace).

Sharing and team workspaces

• A public share link makes that map visible to anyone who has the link. You can revoke it at any time.
• By joining a team workspace, you accept that its manager can see your map and progress and leave you comments.
• A manager agrees to use this information only to develop the skills of their team.

Intellectual property

The skills framework, questions, visuals and code of PMM Skillmap, as well as the From Product to Profit method it builds on, are protected. You may use and share your own map freely; reproducing the framework for other purposes requires our agreement.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and reliable, without guarantee of continuity. Self-assessment results are indicative: they reflect your own answers and are neither a certification nor professional advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, nor for decisions made on the basis of your results.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in case of a clear breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes and governing law

These terms may evolve; the last update date is shown at the top of the page and any significant change will be flagged to you. They are governed by French law.
